My New Chromebook
Today is the day I start my career. Before, it was just writing here and there. Many ideas but little progress. This is the beginning of something new and with it; a brand spanking new chromebook. Why a chromebook? Not the obvious choice for writing potential but quick to start, easy to save and typing is a cinch too. It takes a while to get used to a new keyboard, even though they are all set up the same. It takes time for the fingers to find their groove, to settle into a rythmn and find the beat. Already, the little beasties are flying and creating words, sentences… even a story. There are few distractions with this type of computer, no endless applications or games to clutter up the desktop. There is simply me and the machine, the click click click of the keys and the pure joy of just this. Just me and this computer working in harmony. For one single goal. I intend to have no games on this computer. No distractions. Facebook will not be making an appearance onto this...
